authentication fails due to mka failing on c3850 version 16.6.5
On Catalyst 3850 running IOS-XE 16.6.5, authentication fails due to MKA (MACsec Key Agreement) not establishing. This aligns with Cisco bug CSCvr18204. Looking for confirmation of fixed releases or recommended workarounds.
