2 End points Registered to Same VCS

I have an MX300 and an EX90 registered to the same VCS.

EX 90 DN is 3864400

MX300 DN is 3864401

From the EX 90 I can dial the DN of the MX 300 and initiate a video call.

I am NOT able to call from the MX 300 to the DN of the EX 90.

The logs from the MX 300 show --  DisconnectCause: "Network rejected"

Can someone suggest where I should look to allow calling in both directions?

Thanks in advance for any pointers.

Are both of your devices showing as registered on the VCS?  Are they both showing as being registered with H.323?

Is the default call protocol on your MX300 set to H.323 if you're making a H.323 call, or is it trying to call via SIP (and therefore being being rejected if you haven't configured SIP or Interworking)?

What are the logs on the VCS showing for the call?
