Hi Elter,
VCS does not support upgrading the devices automatically. I dont believe it is compatible with the VCS. Although I would suggest that you try to register it using SIP and share the results.

Hi Elter,
As of now, registration of 9971 is not possible with VCS. It can be only registered with CUCM which can manage Auth, Dual Stream and Firmware Upgrades.
Firmware Upgrades from Tandberg Line of Products will be only possible if you go for Telepresence Management Suite.

Thanks for the responses...
On the EoS annoucement it points the 9971 as the sustitute for the E20.
The E20 is very versatile, because it can be provisioned, but can also be registered as SIP and now H323 as standalone device.
The EX60 is much bigger (and expensive) than the E20.
The 9951 datasheet mencion that it can only be used with CUCM, but the 9971 datasheet said:
"SIP interoperation with the call control and partner applications enables a rich unified communications solution"
This cause some confusion...
Wich model that can be registered in 3rd Party SIP Servers and/or Gatekeeper will be positioned between the Jabber Video and the EX60?
regards
