Testing out pointing to a higher level OU in TMS for Movi Users and I am getting an error I can't run down. I am able to import the Users into TMS (53000 Users), but once the synch starts with VCS it errors out with the following error:
canceled as it would cause the VCS to exceed internal table limits"
I can't seem to find any info on configuring the internal tables in either VCS or PE. Any ideas?
Thanks. Tom

Hi Tom,
Have you tried restaring TMSPE services ? Any luck with that?
Could you pull out the event logs from VCS to see what exactly is causing this?
Thanks,
Saurabh

Hi,
53000 users are not supported on single VCS and mentioned in the the guides. This will not work. Please contact your Cisco Account Manager and AS team for more details.

Hi
What sumeet says is correct, you can only have 10000 users per vcs cluster. So in order to utilize all the 53000 users you need 6 clusters of ~ 22 vcs's, it would be enough with 6 single vcs's as well just for the user imports but you wont be able to be logged in with all of them at the same time.
You should narrow down the amount you are importing and devide them up in groups of 10 000 in each group and select the respective groups as base groups for the different vcs clusters.

Thanks folks. I assumed this would be the issue once I considered it from reading the docuimentation, but I had some folks within Advanced Services tell me it would not be a problem.
Thanks.
