Adding CUCM and CTS endpoint to TMS 13.1 for scheduling

Hello

I am trying to add CUCM to TMS.  CUCM is sitting in DMZ.  TMS is stting on the internal network.

I am getting a system status error:No HTTPS response.

I have done all the needful in CUCM i.e adding app user, user group and appling permission.

Could advice if it could be a firewall issue.  From TMS server i can browse CUCM administration.

What does it take to add the CTS endpoints to TMS.  Does it user SNMP or HTTPS.

Please Help

TMS require SNMP port to be open for registeration. Check TMS admin guide it's under the add system page.

What is the version of CUCM ? It should be 8.5.X to get this added to TMS.
