I have an ACU2000 connected to an FXS port in a 3845 router. When an out going call is made the receiving phone rings, but when it is answered, it is reported on the originating phone that the caller is busy and call is disconnected. Any ideas?

It appears to be a codec issue. check if you have correct Codec settings.
