Hi all
Till Yesterday all are working fine
today we have faced issue on Cisco Telepresence SX 10 Device AND Polycom devices
when we trying to make a B2B call to my webex personal room, the call is not happening.But we can make b2b calls to microsoft teams room at that time all working fine.
Bridge calls are also working fine
The issue is we cant make B2 calls to external Webex personal room.
in Expressway E it showing

Have you taken logs of the call and tried to analyze it with the "Collaboration Solutions Analyzer" (https://cway.cisco.com/csa/)?

The first step will be, collecting logs from both expressway C& E and as @b.winter mentioned analyse it using CSA tool. You will have more insight to your problem.
