As per below table,
1280 x 720@30 fps (720p30) => does 1280 represents bandwidth? i.e. 1280K?

I would think it represents screen resolution... not bandwidth.

Yes, Andrews is right, this overview just lists the supported resolutions.
The TC4.2 Admin guide (page 78) shows a bandwith / resolution matrix, which is also
dependent on the "Optimal definition profile".
Other endpoints/software version and infrastructure devices (like the mcu) might have different mappings.
