TelePresence and Video Infrastructure

Hello,I have a Cisco telepresence and touch10 device.I want register cisco webex but i reviced  folow message.I installed Firmware ce 9.5.2 8fcb81fa38f 2018-11-28 version.What can i do ?   

I've been told that product numbers: CTS-PHD1080P12XS2  and CTS-PHD-1080P12XS2  are going to be end of support from April 2021.Those are PTZ camera for SX20 TP system.There are any other replacement parts that works well? thanks
