My customer uses their own manager/secretary kind of thing whereby managers lines are in the normal user partition and they forward their line manually to their secretaries' lines. The manager has a second "private" line which is the same DN but in a separate partition that only the secretary can see, by way of a special CSS.
We are using presence with BLF speed dials so that the secretary can see the state of each line on the manager's phone. Our presence CSS looks like this:
Presence_Users {Manager_Line; User_Line}.
The secretaries have two BLF SDs per manager. The first one monitors the line in the User_Line partition and the second BLF SD monitors the instance in the Manager_Line partition.
Problem:
When the manager goes off-hook on the Manager_Line instance, BOTH BLF SDs light up. When the Manager phone goes off-hook on the User_Line, then NONE of the BLF SDs lights up.
Any ideas?
