Hello all,
a few days ago, I switched on the c20 and could only get the cisco white logo on a black screen.
I decided to reset it to factory settings, using the following procedure:
1) turn the unit off
2) keep the power on button pushed for about 10 seconds till the green light starts blinking
3) release the power button and push it again quickly for 2 times within 5 seconds
the green light started blinking faster, I got the cisco white logo on the black tv screen again, but still the unit does not boot or do anything else.
any suggestion?
