Hi,
We are experiencing a strange issue when sharing a content on C40 codec.
Call setup: Joining the room on the MCU with 13 other preconfigured participants and Content Server. Starting presentation.
10-15 minutes after content sharing starts, presentation is gone. I can see the content channel is still active but we can only see a black screen.
Stopping and starting the presentation again, does nothing.
If we disconnect all participants and join a different(backup) room on the MCU everything is fine. Backup room is configured exactly the same was as the original room.
Mcu logs show nothing unusual, but endpoint logs show presentation stopping with cause "duoStealing"
Any ideas?

Content disappearing after "x minutes" is quite often a firewall issue - do you have a firewall between the endpoint you're presenting from and the MCU you're connecting to?

Not really, otherwise all other endpoints would be affected.
Strange thing is, I am not able to reproduce the issue. It looks like it happens only on Mondays morning conference.
This is what I see in three different logs, at the same time:
MainEvents I: PresentationStopped() c=4 local p=1 cause=[duoStealing]
H323Call I: h323_call_handler::handleH323RtpCloseSessionReq(p=5, s=1): Close outgoing media session (CLC/CLC-ACK channel:4 media:duo)
TTVEncDestroyEncoder: destroyed enc instance "ttvenc_h264_tii"
