C40 Upgrade, can no longer log in

All,

Had a C40 on V5 of the software with username of "admin" and password of "cisco".  Upgraded to V6 and password went away.  Username Stayed the same. Upgraded to V7 now neither combination is working.  Did the default change to something else in V7?

Default should still be admin without a password. On TC7 unfortunately there's no password recovery, you will need to factory reset it:

Cisco C40 codec with TC7.X is delivered with a default user named admin with no password (i.e. leave the Password field blank when signing in for the first time).

In case that doesn't work then please follow the attached image file which contains detailed instructions for resetting the password.

Shashank, that procedure does not work on TC7 anymore.
