Call manager / H323 Gateway

Hi

Does anyone know of any resources or documents that detail the call set up process using call manager and h323 gateways to ISDN 30.

I need to understand how the dial plans on CCM interact with the dial peers on the gateway and when the ISDN timers are configured on CCM and the Gateway (ie a 2600) what takes precedence.

I have queried this with TAC following afault I had but they have not been able to assist.
