Hi Guys,
I encountered a problem that when CTS call to Telepresence Server, the call got dropped once a while.
This happens after turn on the CTS encryption.
Is there any extra setting to make it stable?
FYI.
CTS ver 1.90
TS ver 2.2(1.43)
CUCM ver 8.6.1
VCS ver x7.0.3

Hi,
as per my kowledge there was one limitation on Tandberg software version, please let me know software version of Tandberg endpoint.

Hi Vivek,
Telepresence Server is on 2.2(1.43).
Actually the call is from CTS (ver 1.9.0) to Telepresense Server.

Hi,
I got your point; however it seems that call fail while negotiation, so might be Tandberg endpoint is not at required software version, if you will let me know then i can check whether there is no issue with software version, then we can move forward to solve issue.
