Calling Between VCS and CUCM Clusters

Hello Guys,

Can we configure 2 CUCM Neighbour Zones on one VCS Core server, Both pointing to two different CUCM Clusters [ 9.X and 11.X ].

Purpose is to make a call between VCS registered endpoints and CUCM 9.X and 11.X registered endpoints.

Ok.

So I have configured two CUCM neighbor zones on my VCS Core pointing to two different CUCM clusters. CUCM-11.5 and CUCM-9.1. Both zones are up. Configured Non-Secure SIP trunks on both CUCM pointing to VCS Core.

Also created 2 different search rules with different priority to route calls to CUCM-11.X and CUCM-9.X endpoints.

From endpoint registered on VCS Core.

1. Able to dial CUCM-11.X extension

2. Not Able to dial CUCM-9.X extension. Search history says "not found".
