Dears
How can caller find that the call goes through callwaiting or called person hasn't answered the call because he hasn't been at work??? for examlpe callers hear different ringback tone or some announcement when call reaches to callwaiting.
Its important for manger to know when he calles a person , the call goes through callwaiting
Also is there any way to distinguish between normal unanswered call and unanswered call when it goes through callwaiting in cdr logs????
I use Callmanager 11.5 and CUC 11.5 , all of phones are Cisco

No, there is no way for the calling party to hear something different, you'd need to lower the busy trigger, and then send them to CUC to hear the busy greeting.
