Camera Presets with C40 and Touch 8

I have a problem when saving presets using the Touch 8 with a two camera C40 codec. I can successfully set presets using the Touch. However when I put the system to sleep and wake it up, the presets revert to something different. Anybody know why this happens and how the presets work in general?

Hope you are doing well. Your name sounds familiar to me. I guess, we have worked together before on a TAC Case.

Anyways, the problem which you have described here is common.

Could you please answer the below questions :-

1. What is the Codec software Version?
2. Which Camera you are using? 12x or 4x
3. Could you please paste xstatus camera so that I could know the Camera Serial ID.

Most probably, this problem would resolve after upgrading the Camera Software.

Please provide answers to the above questions so that I can suggest the further course of action.
