Can't connect with H323

Hi

I'v got 4 sites - cisco sx20 and EX90.

When i call all the sites i can coonect.. but when they try to connect me - we can't connect.

The problem is only with H323 because with SIP it's working OK and we can't connect in both sides.

The problem it's in internal and external network.

and in the firewall we see that the call is coming but inside but not connected.

Update:

I upgraded the software to 6.3 (We were in 6.2)

and now it seems to work fine
