Can we register CTS 3010 with VCS-Expressway?

I'm not familiar with the CTS 3010, but we do have MX200/MX300 units registered over the Internet with our VCS-E.  Does the CTS 3010 have the same capabilities?

No, unfortunately you need to register directly with CUCM.
