Have two cloud registered devices.
Have configured hybrid for these two devices to make calls to the PSTN, via CUCM. All works fine.
From the cloud registered devices I can successfully dial and connect to:
- PSTN Numbers
- Internal Extension Numbers
- External SIP URI's
BUT.. I cannot dial or connect to SIP URIs with the same internal Domain name. I do not see any traffic hit the expressway-E.
example.
webex admin is for domain abc.com.au, my internal domain for CUCM is also abc.com.au
So IP Phone A has a URI of phoneA@abc.com.au
Cloud registered device has mapped URI of cloud1@abc.com.au
The cloud registered device cannot call phoneA@abc.com.au?
This may be a limitation.. but cannot confirm. please advise.
