Cannot make video conference using Cisco TelePresence and Conductor, registered to CUCM

Hello,

We've got CUCM 9.1.2, Conductor XC3.0.2 and TP 4.1(1.79).

The conductor is configured as ad hoc and as rendezvous on the CUCM, Using secure SIP trunk (TLS)

When we try to make a video conference as rendezvous the call is been initiated as audio only.

When we try to merge 2 p2p video calls with third call for ad hoc conference, we get an error that the merging is failed

Our end points are SX10 and SX20.

On the SIP logs it seems like the CUCM is replying with ACK message without Video capabilities even though the conductor is suggesting those capabilities.

Any suggestions?

Thanks!!!

Could you post CCM Manager logs and Conductor logs here? What do you have regions between the SX20 and Conductor, does it have video capabilities?

Please rate useful posts.

I will try to.

The region and location are configured for video capabilities.

What else can cause the CUCM to reject video?

If there is an MTP being injected, that could cause an issue. You could check that by looking at the IP address in the SDP.

Hi,

I have the same problem but only the adhoc conferencing is not working. Do you found a solution of this problem?

Is the rendezvous meeting located at the TP Server? Check the regions and locations for the videobandwidth you can use.

Our issue resolved by choosing "No reservation" instead of "video desired" Under RSVP:

RSVP provides the following RSVP policy levels:

No reservation (Continue using location-based CAC.)

 –Mandatory

 –Optional (video desired)

 –Mandatory (video desired)
