Cisco 871 Router Ver 12.4(4) QoS for VoIP

Hello,

I need to configure my Cisco 871 Router Ver 12.4(4) QoS for VoIP.

I need to upgrade the firmware in order to configure the QoS.  When I login to my router it says that QoS is not enabled for my router and I need to download the software.

How can I get the software in order to do this, and is there a cost involved?

Note however, there is no QoS on the Internet, so the best is to avoid doing much traffic while talkinj, and avoid configuration efforts.
