Cisco 8945 Video Teleconference through Poly

I've been finding conflicting answers in my searches so I thought I'd try the community...

We currently run a couple 8945's in a closed network.  SCCP.  No problem with point to point video calls.  I've been tasked to look into the possibility of integrating an unused Polycom HDX 7000 into the network.  Can the 8945's be used to call into a Poly VTC (video&voice)?

You can register Polycom on CUCM and you can dial it as extension.(you need to consider the license)
