Hello Everyone
I got two new Cisco 9951 phones. I have registered them on cucm12.5. The phones can make calls but video is not transmitting. Audio is working very well. Other phones such Cisco 8945 and WebEx are working for both audio and video
On the Cisco 9951 page,I have enabled video capabilities and a Cisco camera. MTP is not checked
Does anyone know what the issue could be?
