Hi ,
We have CMS which worked properly and now the users in CMS (imported from LDAP) can not login via Meeting App and user can not join a conference via Webbridge (WebRTC).
When try to join WebRTC messages are shown: "Username or password you entered is incorrect."(attached)
When try to connect CMA/CMM the messages are shown: "unable to connect - try again again later."
there is not a fault conditions.
After the reboot of CMS servers the login is successful and i can see on CMS system status that authentication service status is "connected", but after a certain time the problem is repeated, there is no possibility to login and i can see that authentication service status is "no authentication status found".
What could I have missed ?
Attached are screenshots of System Status,License,WebRTC Error,XMPP status.

Did you manage to resolve this issue? What was the cause and the resolution.

Hi ,
After reboot the CMS servers the issue resolved.
Unfortunately I do not know what the root cause.
hope it will not come back.
