I am moving this post from Conferencing which is for MeetingPlace and Cisco WebEx Meetings Server products to Telepresence community which is for Telepresence products.

You need to decrease the quality of the main video and content in the conference template within Conductor. You most likely have it set to high for the number of participants you're wanting to connect to.

We could also add more screen licenses to fix the issue ?

Yes, you can add more screen licenses to your TelePresence Server, the MM320 platform can support up to 12 screen licenses. However, depending on the current conference quality you have set within Conductor and the total number of participants you want to connect to at one time, you still may have to decrease the conference quality even if you add more screen licenses.
