CISCO Endpoint microphone mutes on connection to cms cospace

I have two endpoints (DX80 and SX20) 

When we dial into a cospace with multiple participants only our endpoint connects microphone mute. 

Our mics are unmuted when we dial into the bridge but they are muted on the bridge.  Example is the DX80 and SX20 microphones indicate green (Unmuted) but at the bridge the input is muted?   It's random and only our site appears to have the issue. 

The conference manager unmutes the mic after the connection from the VQ conference manager which is the system used to manage in progress conference calls.

check the callLegProfile for this cospace at the CMS please refer to the below document for that, and one question does this behavior happen with WebRTC particepents, Jabber users , CMA users?
