Hello,
i have a problem with our Video Infrastructure.
This is the situation:
- Cisco EX90 (version TC6.3.4) registered on CUCM
- Cisco Jabber (version 11.2) registered on CUCM
- Cisco CUCM version 10.5.2
- Cisco VCSc Version 8.5.1 (trunk SIP vs CUCM)
- Cisco MCU 4505 version 4.3 (registered on VCSc)
- Cisco EX90 (version TC6.3.4) registered on VCSc
So, when we make a Videoconference, through the MCU, we have this situation:
- Cisco Jabber on MCU: Video and audio ok
- EX90 (registered on VCSc): Video and audio ok
- EX90 (registered on CUCM): Audio ok, no video
Can you help me to understand where is the problem?
All seems to works fine, configuration seems ok.
Best regards,
Andrea

Hi Andrea,
Can you check if the EX90 can set up video properly in an internal conference where all the three endpoints are registered to cucm only? If that is fine then the signaling and settings involving MCU and VCS need to be cheked, specially any MTP being invoked for this endpoint.

Hi Manish,
thank you for your reply.
If we make a videoconference with devices registered on CUCM (or VCS) all works fine.
But i don't understand why EX90 and Jabber (both registered on CUCM) work in different mode (with EX90 no video on MCU, with Jabber video it's ok on MCU); both devices use the same SIP trunk.
Best regards,
Andrea

Hi Andrea,
This needs to be investigated via Callmanager service traces. They can tell us about the video codec negotiation in the SDP portion of the the SIP signaling for these calls.
