Hi all ,
I have installed cisco TMS and VCs control on the central site of custmer. and i have to install the Cisco Jabber for telepresence on the Remote site.
The network routing is not enabled on the remote site to see each others. the remote sites can only connect to the central site.
I woul ask if there is a possiblity to allow media call betwen the jabber from 2 remote site to be routed through the Cisco VCS control?
Thanks in advance

If the subzones associated with the jabber registration have SIP media encryption policy set to best effort rather than auto, the media will be routed through the VCS. Note this will use traversal licenses as the VCS will be taking media for these calls.
Thanks,
Guy

As Guy advise above, make sure you select “Best effort” for SIP media encryption policy, otherwise call may not establish (while encryption policy set to force to disable or enable).
By selecting “Best effort”, VCS will remain in media routing without impacting the device encryption capability or/and configuration.
