Cisco Meeting LDAP auto synced or not?

Hello, guys.

LDAP configuration is set in Cisco Meeting Server (CMS) version 2.1.2.

Is the directory scheduled to be synced once a day or completely manual and the sync button on webadmin has to be clicked every time for any change?

Cisco documentation is very confusing and I assume it behaves differently on different versions. I know it can be scheduled running a script on another machine which includes execution of a web API, but I just need a confirmation before writing that script.

The server is on the customer's site and it is hard for me to observe if every new user in the directory gets imported automatically or not.

There is no schedule, you need to trigger the sync, manually, or via API.

Thank you. It's clear now. Although I wonder why Cisco wouldn't add a scheduling feature for this.

You can submit a PER via your SE/AM so it's considered for a future release.

Is this a feature we can expect from future releases?

Product roadmap is an NDA item and cannot be discussed in public forums, reach out to your SE/AM for this.
