Cisco Meeting Manager with CMS isn't up to expectations ...
Turned up CMS 24 March with CMM. Completed 692 meetings to date.
Average participants is 30 to 40 with over 7 simultaneous calls running totalling over 70 participants.
CMM features needs to be that of the Codians and TMS.
Example: Site display names missing when callers connect on Video ...
Can't find who is in what pane when callers up .
Can't send text messages to all parties nor individual sites.
Can't lock or unlock conference calls.
HUGE PROBLEM !!!!!
What were developers thinking taking away features customers rely on ???
Please put those feature in CMM ....
