cisco meeting server file sharing problem

I have cisco meeting server 3.9 and cisco meeting management 3.9, I configured meetingapps for file-sharing but this feature for role that I configured in cisco meeting management not visible, with space default Role this feature is visible.

I think this is because of the difference in the AccessMethod, but I don't know which parameter!?!

I discovered that certain features, such as adding participants and creating surveys, are not functioning for the Host role.

I discovered that when I assign roles to participants in a scheduled meeting, the roles are not applied. However, when I assign roles in the space settings, they are applied correctly.
