Cisco MX700 second screen

We have a Cisco MX700 dual screen installed here at the institution. and have an issue with the second screen not powering on when it goes into standby. I am able to drag content onto the second screen via the touchpanel but nothing displays. A total reboot fixes the issue but this is a temporary measure at best. Any settings I should be looking at to disable this?

I'd suggest backing up the configuration, factory resetting and possibly upgrading the software.  Sounds like maybe an HDMI CEC issue, but if it works after reboot then it sounds like everything is connected correctly so factory reset and/or upgrade is the best bet.

If that doesn't work, you probably need to log a TAC case with Cisco assuming it's under support.
