I have two E20 that work correctly. After setting up a third E20, I realized that to make this unit a connection to any of the others who had set up, it is on display the message "no incoming video".
But when the call is originated by one of the other devices to this unit, everything works correctly. What could be happening?
Have you check if the encryption of this Endpoint is required and in the other two are in Besteffor?
