Cisco Presence 10.5 not Accessible

Dear All , 

i have Cisco Presence server which was working fine  , but now i am unable to access it through GUI & CLI both . what i have done so far is as under : 

--i have restarted the server 

-- server ip is pingable

-- from Esxi Console we can access the server 

-- output of show network eth0 command is not showing ip Address  ( Screenshot is attached )

Please advise .

And have you tried configuring the IP for it??
