Hi. Is there a way to change the default preset on Quad cam and still have tracking capabilities? Default Speaker preset is always zoomed out when not in use. Our goal is to zoom in closer to the table and set it to default. Any suggestions?

In order to use presets you need to disable speaker tracking. Once speaker tracking is enabled the camera will use the facial recognition and audio triangulation to choose the shot, you can't use both at the same time.

I am aware that you can set manual presets, my question was if there is a way to change default camera setting and still have tracking capabilities.

As @PJMack wrote you cannot have both. To change default camera settings you need to disable speaker tracking.

As the others have pointed out, no, it's not possible - you either use manual presets (and no speaker tracking), or have speaker tracking enabled (and let it do its thing).
One suggestion I would make though is to remove the chair that has its back to the camera (unless you like a view of the back of someone's head).
