Hi,
I need to use H323 protocol with my Cisco room kit
It says I can't use both protocol at the same time SIP and H323. So I have tried to disable SIP, but I could not find, on the web interface how to disable SIP
Where and how I can disable SIP definitively ?

Regards

xConfiguration NetworkServices SIP Mode but H.323 is ancient; you need to start moving away from it. Cisco has already forcibly deprecated H.323 in IOS XE 17.6+. I can't speak to the product roadmap here (NDA required - talk to your account team) but will not be surprised if other products drop H.323 support in the future.

Thanks, I searched for hours, and I did not see this specific conf.
Now it's better, but our room kit still doesn't communicate as intended. But now, I pretty sure it's not related to our room kit configuration any more.

About SIP, I know all that. But as a user of a very large infrastructure which use H323, I have to use it, and not SIP.
