Cisco SX-20/C-20 integration with DVR (3rd party)

I need to integrate a Digital Video Recorder(any 3rd party) with Cisco SX-20/C-20. Kindly can any one guide me how would we integrate a 3rd party DVR with it and moreover which DVR we should buy(compatible with Cisco SX-20/C-20). Cisco proposes to deploy “TelePresence Content Server” for video recording but we don't have that available right now.

Some1 told me that the way around it is to get an hdmi splitter on a cable coming from SX-20/C-20 and plug one cable from the splitter into your display and the other into a DVR but would it be a proper solution.

Hi Saad,

only HDMI Splitter will not serve the need beacuse:

1) How you will record nearend Audio

2) conventional DVDR like sony,LG,Samsung, panasonic, philips etc are not available with HDMI input, there is onyl HDMI output.

Work around (add $$$)

1) Need one UPScaler/Downscaler to connect with conventional DVDR

2)  Audio Mixer to have nearend Audio

regards
