Cisco SX20 - Cannot access web interface after factory reset

Hi Guys,

I just did a factory reset on my SX20,

and now I cannot access the web interface, I need to add release key           

Basically I cannot set IP addresses directly via the unit administrator
 
I need to add release key and access any interface
Please help!

Can you access the settings locally using the remote control?

If so, you should be able to both enable http as well as set IP address using the remote.

The factory reset should have changed IP setting to DHCP, so if it has a network connection, then this IP address should be shown in the top, left hand corner of the display.

Perfect, it working now, the switch-port was disable on DHCP.

I can now access it via DHCP and change to the settings.
