Cisco SX20 Codec Password Recovery

What is the standard procedure for recovering a forgotten password on a SX20 Codec?

In such a case, I think one needs to do a factory reset via the power button.

Turn off SX20, then hold the power button for 10 seconds until it starts blinking. Then press the power button twice. SX20 should factory reset and restart automatically.

Hi,

When you hold powe button for 10 sec power led will be off , then press power button again once you find led on then press it 2 times .

I would just add an additional comment for the ddts,

CEC fails to bring HDMI1 out of standby when SX20 is reloaded whilst in standby

because if it is active and reloaded, then everything works as expected.
