Cisco SX20 Missing release key

Dear Team,

I have a SX20 & i have done downgrade version without release key & also done factory reset but error release key is showing till. my query is here that any option is here for assign to IP address Subnet & gateway address because i m trying to assign IP by remote administration Setting is processing symbol only just symbol.

If you go to www.cisco.com/go/licence and log in, you shuld be able to get to Get Existing, Tandberg Licence - stick in your serial number and you'll be able to retrieve your original release key.
