Cisco SX20 Registration Over Internet

Hi All, Am placing my Cisco SX20 device behind a firewall and need to registered over Internet. Do i need MAC address compulsory to get this registered via Internet ?

Hi,

Where do you want register your SX20 ?

Guess its CUCM.

You have two option:

1. Build VPN to your CUCM. For registration you need MAC.

2. Build Expressway MRA infrastructure.

Neccesity MAC is your last question ;-)
