Hello All,
We have a couple of SX80s in 2 different rooms. They are set up direct mode not tied to any infrastructure. They are used almost exclusively for connecting to Zoom at this point. We recently needed to move them to a more secure VLAN. After the move, neither unit can display dual outputs from a remote presenter with the remote camera on one output and a remote shared screen on the other. Instead, the shared screen appears on output 1 along with the camera and output 2 is blank. No configuration was changed on either unit other than a new static IP address to connect on the new VLAN. Would this possibly be a tcp/udp network port issue? Can anyone think a reason why this would occur?
Thanks very much,
-Barry

Could you let me know more about your setup ? codec SX80 is registered on prem, or cloud ?, how was the call setup for Zoom in a previous deployment?

Thanks. These are set up in direct mode. They are not connected to any Cisco infrastructure, they just make point to point calls. The Zoom call is set up the same way before and after the change in VLAN. The call to Zoom is set up as a local contact and is dialed like this ZoomMeetingID@IPAdddressForZoom example 12345678912@162.255.37.11 . We changed the VLAN and IP address info for the codecs and nothing else. The next time we connected we could not separate camera and shared presentation from a remote presenter.
