Cisco sx80 when the call connects sip using internet vpn tunnel having an intermediate issue.
we are trying to connect point to point call.
both devices are connected through different CUCM clusters.
US cluster VC endpoint call India cluster VC endpoint its to connect only audio 1st time next time it's connected but no audio and video 3rd time its connected properly.
we find the logs, ICMP: destination unreachable and CDR its connect only audio
Any one face the smiler issue , kindly share your options. We have checked the all systems setting all are has recommended.
