Cisco Telepresence DX80 Firmware Upgrade

Hi,

I am trying to upgrade the Cisco Telepresence DX80 to the latest firmware from CE 9.1.6 to CE9.15.13.0.

Can I use the same firmware mentioned under Webex DX80?

I believe I need to use the .pkg file if I am upgrading directly from the device's webpage. It is not a CUCM-managed end point but need to be registered to PEXIP CVI.

Can we upgrade directly to this version, or any intermediate upgrade is required?

Can we upgrade directly to this version, or any intermediate upgrade is required? --> Have you checked the release notes? It's all documented there. That's what release notes (and all the available documents) are there for. To be read before doing an upgrade. They are not there just for fun.

Thank you for the response. I had gone through the Release Notes and could find only the below regarding the firmware. 

But the compatibility level from the end point by going through Setup > Status > shows the compatibility level as 1.

Can you advise?

I was able to upgrade directly from 9.1.6 to the latest CE9.15.15.4.
