Which will be the differences beteween multisite and multipoint?

multisite is installed on the video endpoint itself and multipoint/multiparty goes on the server.

Both need to be lincensed? yes

Both allows to make a call between 3 telepresence devices? Yes

Multipoint will need some sort of conference bridge, whether that is one of the old MCUs, an old TelePresence Server, or one of the newer CMS.  What you use will depend on what you have available, but if you are buying something new, then the CMS is where you should be putting your money.

This then becomes a part of your insfrastucture and can be used by any of your video endpoints.

If you use the Multisite you mentioned in your first post, then this is an option key that gets installed on a specific endpoint, to make that endpoint capable of hosting a multiple participant call, so, fo any multi participant calls you want, that particular endpoint must be involved.  Of course you can buy one of these for all of your endpoints, but there becomes a point where this becomes very expensive compared to the cost of a centralised conference bridge.
