cisco Telepresence MCU 4203

Hi there

We have a test MCU 4203 on site and this now has a Red Alarm light on the front and it will not load up and obtain an IP address etc.

When we connect a lapto to it via the serial cable you can see that the error message "Kernel Image corrupt " apperas as per screenshot below.

We have tried loading the sw onto the flash card but that does not work as the IOS is still showing this error.

Can anyone suggest a fix or help on this by chance ??

Can you give more details on this?

Problem is that kupgrade file cannot be found on the external CF-card

If you tried to perform a ‘upgrade-kupgrade’ using the standard method and it failed, try to make a second attempt using the ‘upgrade-kupgrade’ ISO image

Thanks for the advise, can you possibly point me to the iOS image ? The Mcu is on 4.3 sw but I need to know the file type ??
