Hello.

Where I can find phone (ISDN) number on my Cisco C20?

I found: room name, IP, E.164, but I can't find anywhere ISDN (phone number).

If your C20 endpoint is paired with ISDN link, you can find the ISDN number under Peripherals section.

Login on the web interface of your C20. Go to Configuration > Peripherals

In order to use IDSN with the C20, you need the Cisco IDSN Link paired to the C20.  Do you have this?
