Hello,
we have a Cisco TelePresence SX20.
We would like to know if it's possible to configure an IP blacklist, to block the H.323/SIP calls coming from specified IP addresses.
TIA and regards.

If the SX20 is registered to a call control server such as a VCS, then you can use call policy rules, but it's not possible using the SX20 itself. As there is no function within the codec to do this, you'd have to rely on your organizations firewall to allow or block specific IPs that you want.

Hello Patrick,
we use the SX20 in H.323 as a standalone device.
So, we'll proceed wirh the only option that we have; that is, we'll configure the firewall...
Thanks and regards.

If this is related to the infamous "cisco' spam calls; https://supportforums.cisco.com/discussion/12336591/sourceh323idcisco-incomingcalls then you're going to have to block quite a few addresses, this list was last updated April 29th so there no doubt will be a lot more addresses; http://www.videonationsltd.co.uk/2015/04/h-323-cisco-spam-calls/
